【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedtoconfirmthestatedcontentofapureliquidvanadiumdriermanufacturedforusebythecoatingsindustry.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthetitrimetricdeterminationofvanadiuminliquidvanadiumdriersandutilizesthedisodiumsaltofethylenediaminetetraaceticaciddihydrate(EDTA).1.2Thistestmethodislimitedtothedeterminationofthevanadiumcontentofaliquidvanadiumdrierthatdoesnotcontainotherdrierelements.Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletodrierblends.1.3AllcationsthatcanbetitratedwithEDTAinalkalinemediainterfereandmustnotbepresentinthesample.1.4Thistestmethodhasbeentestedforconcentrationsof3and4%vanadium,butthereisnoreasontobelievethatitisnotsuitableforhigherorlowervanadiumconcentrationsprovidedspecimensizeisadjustedproportionately.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
