【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoversguidelinesfortheacceptancetestingrequirementsforgeosyntheticclayliner(GCL)materials,describingtypesoftests,testmethods,andrecommendedverifications.1.2Thisguideisintendedtoaidpurchasers,installers,contractors,owners,operators,designersandagenciesinestablishingaminimumlevelofeffortforproductacceptancetestingandverification.ThisisintendedtoassurethatthesuppliedGCLrollsmeetacceptedmaterialspecifications.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisguideoffersanorganizedcollectionofinformationoraseriesofoptionsanddoesnotrecommendaspecificcourseofaction.Thisguidecannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthisguidemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.Thisguideisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisguidebeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaproject'smanyuniqueaspects.Theword"Standard"inthetitleofthisguidemeansonlythattheguidehasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
