【摘要】:TherequirementsinthispartofISO8124applytoalltoys,i.e.anyproductormaterialdesignedorclearlyintendedforuseinplaybychildrenunder14yearsofage.Theyareapplicabletoatoyasitisinitiallyreceivedbytheconsumerand,inaddition,theyapplyafteratoyissubjectedtoreasonablyforeseeableconditionsofnormaluseandabuseunlessspecificallynotedotherwise.TherequirementsofthispartofISO8124specifyacceptablecriteriaforstructuralcharacteristicsoftoys,suchasshape,size,contour,spacing(e.g.rattles,smallparts,sharppointsandedges,andhinge-lineclearances)iaswellasacceptablecriteriaforpropertiespeculiartocertaincategoriesoftoy(e.g.maximumkineticenergy!valuesfornon-resilient-tippedprojectilesandminimumtipanglesforcertainride-ontoys).ThispartofISO8124specifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsfortoysintendedforusebychildreninvariousagegroupsfrombirthto14years.Therequirementsvaryaccordingtotheagegroupforwhichaparticulartoyisintended.Therequirementsforaparticularagegroupreflectthenatureofthehazardsandtheexpectedmentaland/orphysicalabilitiesofachildtocopewiththem.l'hispartofISO8124alsorequiresthatappropriatewarningsand/orinstructionsforusebegivenoncertaintoysortheirpackaging.Duetolinguisticproblemswhichmayoccurindifferentcountries,thewordingofthesewarningsandinstructionsisnotspecifiedbutgivenasgeneralinformationinAnnexB.Itshouldbenotedthatdifferentlegalrequirementsexistinmanycountrieswithregardtosuchmarking_ThispartofISO8124doesnotpurporttocoverorincludeeveryconceivablepotentialhazardofaparticulartoyortoycategory.Exceptforlabellingrequirementsindicatingthefunctionalhazardsandtheagerangefortwhichthetoyisintended,thispartofISO8124hasnorequirementsforthosecharacteristicsoftoyswhichrepresentaninherentandrecognisedhazardwhichisintegraltothefunctionofthetoy.
